Information we collect
When you call or text us, request an estimate, use the price calculator with the booking form, or send a message, we may collect your name, phone number, email, property address, photos you upload, details of your request, and technical data such as pages visited, referring source and advertising click identifiers.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform painting services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, prepare proposals and invoices, and measure which advertising brings customers. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to texts, we send conversational messages about your estimate and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our telephone and messaging provider, scheduling, proposal and payment software, email delivery and analytics, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta tools to measure site use and advertising. Where we send conversion data to these platforms, email addresses and phone numbers are hashed first. Attribution data is kept in a first-party cookie for 90 days.
Retention
Lead backups are deleted after 90 days. Customer records are kept as long as needed for warranty and tax purposes.
