Warranty

Exterior: 5 years

We repair peeling, blistering, flaking or cracking of paint on surfaces we prepared and painted, at no charge, for 5 years from completion. Repairs are spot repairs blended to the surrounding area.

Interior and cabinets: 2 years

Same coverage for interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets we prepared and painted.

Decks and fences: 1 year

Horizontal wood surfaces wear by use and weather. Coverage is for peeling or flaking of the applied product within 1 year.

Not covered

• Damage from water intrusion, structural movement, settling, rot not included in the scope, or failure of substrates we did not prepare.
• Normal fading, chalking or wear; mildew growth on shaded surfaces.
• Surfaces painted at the customer's request against our written recommendation.
• Damage caused by others, pressure washing by others, or neglect.
• Color changes or work by another contractor over our work.

Making a claim

Text or email photos to (360) 353-4302 or [email protected]. We look within 5 business days and schedule the repair in the next available weather window. The warranty transfers to a new owner of the home.

These terms are reviewed by counsel before launch and may be updated; the version in your signed proposal applies to your project.
