Our Process
Painting is a sequence. Skip a step and the finish fails early. Here is the sequence we follow on every job, and what you see at each stage.
1. Book an estimate
Choose a 60-minute on-site visit or a 30-minute video call on the booking page. You get a text and an email within a minute, and a reminder the day before.
2. Estimate
We measure the surfaces, check moisture and condition, test for lead on pre-1978 homes, and talk through colors, sheens and packages. Nothing is sold on the spot.
3. Proposal in 24–48 hours
The proposal lists every surface, the prep steps, products by name, coat counts, the schedule and the warranty. It comes in three packages: Essential, Signature and Heirloom. The price is fixed once you sign.
4. Sign and pay a deposit online
E-sign from your phone and pay a 30–40% deposit by card or bank transfer. Your start date is confirmed in writing the same day.
5. Painting with daily photo reports
The crew follows the prep standard and the crew lead signs it off per area. Every evening you get a short message with photos: what was done, what is next, any surprises.
6. Walkthrough and warranty
You walk the job with the crew lead. Touch-ups happen before the invoice. You receive the written warranty, the color schedule and leftover labeled paint for touch-ups.
If weather moves the schedule
Exterior work needs dry surfaces and temperatures the product allows. When rain moves a start, we tell you the day we know and give the new date in writing.
